Static Rescanning

When you perform a rescan with a different module selection that the initial scan. the new results replace the initial scan results. It is likely that flaws found in the new scan that were also found in the initial scan will not match, meaning that they will be assigned a new Flaw ID. This means that any mitigations applied to Flaw IDs in the initial scan will not carry to the new scan. In addition, all old Flaw IDs will be marked at "Closed" and new Flaw IDs will be "Opened" in the new report.
